Wepego began with a small team of engineers who'd spent years building payment infrastructure for other companies — and kept running into the same problem. Every business that wanted to offer bill payments, recharge, or travel booking had to stitch together five different vendors, five different integrations, and five different support lines.

So we built the thing we wished existed: one clean API that handles BBPS bill payments, mobile & DTH recharge, gift cards, and flight, hotel & bus bookings — with the settlement speed and reliability that RBI-regulated fintech demands.
